Considering the Chateau de Sept-Saulx for your wedding day? This stunning castle nestled in the heart of the French Champagne countryside could be the perfect choice for you! Its rich history, picturesque surroundings, and art-deco charm, the Chateau de Sept-Saulx is the perfect destination for couples. The venue has everything you need in one place from walled gardens for your outdoor ceremony, a grand dining hall for your reception and stunning grounds for your wedding photos!
A RICH art-deco HISTORY
The castle dates back to the 1920s inspired by Art Deco architecture originally built for the Mignot family, who remain its proud owners to this day (many of the original family members still live here!). The Chateau has been extremely well looked after, (which is not always the case when it comes to French chateaus!!) and lovingly modernized over the years whilst of course preserving its original features and classic art-deco style.
DISCOVER THE EVENT SPACES + VENUE CAPACITY
The Chateau de Sept-Saulx wedding venue offers a variety of elegant indoor and outdoor spaces to suit your preferences (up to 200 people for cocktail hour and 120 for dinner), and couples are free to decorate the space according to their own personal style. This gives you total control over your day (which is pretty unique in France), allowing you really incorporate your own personal style and personal love-story throughout your wedding day. Secondly, there is a separate bar area for guests to relax, as well as the beautiful staircase and vintage elevator which provide the perfect backdrops for creating iconic wedding imagery.
For your evening reception, the party generally takes place in the Grand Entrance Hall which is adjacent to the Dining Hall. Guests can choose whether they prefer to party the night away on the dancefloor, or instead, as is typically French, enjoy long conversations over cheese and wine at their table.
