Luxury Wedding at Moet & Chandon’s Headquarters
This wedding at Moet & Chandon was one of the highlights of my summer last year. Before now, the luxury Champagne House was not available for weddings, but recently became open to the public! Therefore, if you’re looking to get married in Champagne, nothing could be more on theme Moet & Chandon’s headquarters.
Mandy & Christofer first had the idea of hosting their wedding at Moet & Chandon when they were visiting the region and spent an afternoon at Moet and Chandon’s Orangerie. Whilst enjoying a romantic picnic on the lawns and a few glasses of champagne later, Mandy suggested: ‘wouldn’t it be crazy if we got married here?’. Funnily enough, a few enquiries later they realised it was actually possible and so they jumped at the oppourtunity!
GETTING READY
The Bride chose to get ready at Bulles et Bonheur, a private mansion on the Avenue de Champagne with all her girlfriends. Gifts were exchanged and then the bride got ready into her first outfit; a 3/4 length Milla Nova dress, with yellow Louboutin shoes.
GOURMET PICNIC COURTESEY OF MOET & CHANDON
Since this was a post-pandemic wedding celebration, the couple decided against holding another ceremony in France. M+C therefore kicked off their wedding festivities with a gourmet picnic under a beautiful bohemien-style tent. The decoration was kept simple with blankets, cushions and Champagne bar of course!
The guests were then treated to a private tour of the Champagne Cellars, and later got ready into their eveningwear. I then got chance to sneak off with the couple for a little portrait session.!Mandy wore a MillaNova dress and Christofer wore a tuxedo that he designed himself. We were able to explore the venue a little more and we found some wonderful spots around the grounds.
RECEPTION DINNER IN THE ORANGERIE
Of course any Moet & Chandon wedding wouldn’t be complete without a beautiful dinner in the stunning Orangerie. Members of Mandy and Christofer’s family each gave speeches and toasts for the newlyweds and the meal was absolutely delicious. The evening continued on with an incredible party over at Moet’s Wine Cellars where guests danced the night away. To top everything off, the couple opted for a giant Moet & Chandon wedding champagne tower, bien sur!
PS. Can we just appreciate the fact that the couple’s initials are M+C?!?!
